Children's Ministry

A common misconception is that "children's church" is a babysitting service that allows parents to concentrate on the service. The Children's Ministry at CLC is much more than that! CLC holds to a unique vision that embraces what God wants for all of us. We believe that children need to be ministered to as well.

Here at Community Life Church, children are precious and valuable!!! Jesus loves children and so do we! This is the reason we are committed to offering a fun, loving, and safe Children's Ministry where your child can discover how to Believe, Belong, and Become.

Believe:

We want to be sure that every child will believe and trust in God, who loves them sooooo much! Children can know and develop a relationship with God at a young age; we want them to know who God is, what His Word says, and what He likes (by the way, Jesus likes you!).

Belong:

In Children's Church, everyone belongs to a fun and friendly family of kids who are learning to follow Jesus. Every child is welcomed and can belong in the classrooms. It is important to us that they learn to help each other and being that they are careful not to hurt anyone on the outside or inside.

Become:

Be all that Godhas created them to be! In becoming who God wants them to be, the children grow, lead, and serve. We want children to grow with God spiritually as they grow physically. They lead others in doing what is right as they follow the path God is leading them on. They serve God and others because that is what God wants us to do.

A Look Inside the Children's Classrooms

Discover (Nursery : Birth - Age 2)

This class is much more than just a normal nursery. We believe that even the youngest of children can learn about and feel the love of God. We have active worship, an interactive Bible lesson, fun activities, and playtime!

Life (Preschool: 3 years - Kindergarten)

As preschoolers begin to understand the world around them, we want them to know God loves them and that He is there to help them in every way! We have active worship, easy to understand Bible lessons, crafts, puppets and more!

Mission (Elementary: 1st - 6th grades)

As kids go through the Elementary ages, they begin to face many choices and tough situations. We want them to know that God loves them, has a special plan for their lives, and is always there to help them make wise choices. We have fun, practical, and insightful Bible lessons, active Worship, games, and of course some treats to go with it all!
